I'm a retired business owner, from Wisconsin, living the good life in the Sunshine State of Florida. Many years ago, I wrote a paragraph about what I thought were humorous incidents that occured while making sales calls for my company and visiting Harley dealers dressed in a business suit then visiting computer stores, on my Harley, wearing black leathers and a red bandana. This paragraph evolved into a short story entitled "It's a Harley, Son". I had fun writing that story, and being a student of the Old West, I wrote a Western short story entitled "The Last Bullet". "The Last Bullet" eventually envolved into a family saga entitled "The Family MacRae" spanning 150 years, from the Indian Wars of the 1870s through modern American politics. The name of the main character, John MacRae, is taken from the alias I used during my days of participating in the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting, "The Family MacRae" is available as an illustrated audio-visual presentanion. Although I've written tens of thousands of business letters and documents through the years, I'm strictly an amatuer with no formal schooing in writing novels. Hope you enjoy "The Family MacRae".
